Marketing Swarm · How it works

A day in the life of the swarm

Keyword to article, article to post, ad account to Monday report. A person approves every step that touches the outside world.

How Marketing Swarm works: agents read your inputs (brand rules, search data, analytics, your instructions in the team chat), produce drafts and proposals, and place them in a review queue. A named person approves, edits or rejects each item. Approved items are published or applied by a separate, narrowly permitted component. Rejections carry a reason that feeds back into the next run.

The loop

Overnight work, morning review, afternoon results

1

Overnight: research and draft

The SEO agent refreshes keyword targets from live search data. The writer drafts against them using your brand voice file, banned-language list and fact file, and generates a featured image.

2

Morning: you review

Drafts, posts and proposed changes wait in the queue. You read in the panel or your team chat, edit inline if needed, and approve or reject with a reason. Ten minutes for a typical day.

3

Approved: it ships

A separate publisher component, the only part with credentials, posts the article, schedules the company-page post, applies the landing-page edit, or applies the ad change. Within its caps.

4

Monday: the report writes itself

The reporter pulls analytics, search console, ad spend and what shipped into one summary with the numbers that moved. Send it to the client as-is or edit first.
